Check the cuffs
The single most common problem with a wedding party is that half of it turns up in barrel-cuff shirts. Cufflinks cannot be worn on those. Tell the party before you order, not after.

Decide on engraving early
Engraving is £15 per article and adds five to seven working days. Different initials on each set is no harder than the same on all — but engraved articles cannot be returned under the 14-day right to cancel.

Allow for ring sizes
If the order includes rings, we need a size for each. Getting those wrong is the thing most likely to delay a group order.

Leave time
Four to eight weeks before the date is comfortable. We will tell you honestly if a date is not achievable rather than take the order and hope.
